Here's the deal:
I work in marketing and get a salary, a bit higher than average I guess.However, more than often I find myself procrastinating or lazy from time to time as my job tasks include cold-calling, meeting with clients etc. I work out of the office and already have attrated quite a bit of a clients to our portfolio. I think the fact, that I dont get any bonuses or any commission is killing my groove.
Do you think marketing/sales jobs NEED to be bonused to make a sales-person more proactive?
