OK, I started weightlifting and cardio 8 month ago, I lost alot of kgs like 6 or something.. and build muscles,i took a break for 1 month and added few pounds which i'm currently trying to get rid of them, and so far it seems working, but now i dont feel the pain and the muscle fatigue like before!? plus i want to do cardio but for how long?i normal do it 20 mins then proceed to my workout
My aim is to get definition and Cut body,not bulky, and get six pack, I have the determenation but i need your Guidance please
Information- im 81 kg
day 1 is chest and bicep
day 2 shoulders and shrugs with stomach
day 3 back and triceps
day 4 chest and bicep
day 5 shoulders and shrugs with stomach
day 6 back and triceps
rest on sunday
and start from Monday until Saturday
aloso i notice i'm messing legs workout but i'm trying to focus in it but still i dont know when to do it
