Ok so I let this one body shop powder coat my rims. I get them back and they start to chip on the first day. I bring them back and they said they would redo it. Ok so they redid it. I asked them if they sandblasted it and they said yes. I let the shop put on the tires and balance them. I got them back and today I notice it's starting to chip on the edges where the center caps go. What should I do? I think this shop sucks really badly. Can I call the cops on them so they give me my money back?
