Hello,
i feel a complete noob asking this but i lost my instruction manual and i can't find the answer anyway on the net. Basically the built in computer on the cross trainer measures speed, distance, calories and time. What distance does the computer measure in? i know its not km so i'm assuming its miles is this correct?
I'm trying to get into shape but i don't want to push myself too hard straight away. Thank you for any help.
