Ok so I am down to 139 or so
I am making progress really all I want to do is some body exercises. I been eating right I been sticking to good foods and not eating to many things that has a ton of calories.
I also Exercise 20 minutes-25 minutes the other day I went to 35 minutes.
Plus I exercise my horse for 45 minutes every week.
I need some tips for body exercises besides running on my tredmill and riding my horse. Like to get my butt into shape and to lose 10-15 pounds before May 13th
