I have done it properly 3 times... just bought the machine yesterday...
It only winds up on the bottom of the bobbin (it used to wind all the way from top to bottom) and furthermore when i do get a bobbin wound... it keeps bunching up in the bottom of the machine (and it wasn't doing this yesterday at all!)
anyone have any ideas? i'm extremely frustrated and considering just taking it back and never touching it again...
