Board Recustomization

Well we wanted to make sure that this board got the perfect graphic, and we don't feel that we've created it yet. We've made a few different styles, but they don't seem to *work* with this board. So we've extended the deadline for this board's customization until we can make a more fitting graphic.

Sorry everyone, I thought that black colours were forbidden, but it turns out that we just prefer not to use dark colours because it makes the board harder to customize.

Jen - I love being at home, too. :D Might as well because I'm here all the time. I graduated college but I didn't get to move out anything, I just drove back and forth. I had no fun, no experiences, just study. I guess that will be my one big regret of my early twenties later on. It wasn't my fault, tho... My parent did not let me move to the dorm. :(

Shr - Luv, that sounds awesome about living all over the world! I'm glad you got used to being at home when you had to go back. Home is a great place to be and you can appreciate it because you've been away and free.:love:

Jenny - It's a scary world!!

I don't want to move out. I live with just my mom but I would like to work and help her out. I'm just not a kid anymore to have her fully support me. But me mum rocks for it. ;)

Heh, I'm done.

Shrr- I totally understand what you mean, Im 22 and still living with my parents. And it really is expensive these days to find a place to live on your own, especially getting a decent job that will pay good.

Oh it's great! I'm glad is still has that dark theme to it without being too dark, great job GT! it

:lmao: Yes, and we thought the board looked pretty good back then. Well, I wasn't on the team back then and I didn't know anything about graphics. But see how far the world of websites design has come?

Yeah Bob was the jeep on Roswell but it was also the meter at the top of FF when we donated and clicked the ads. Ah good times.

 I first attended boarding school at age 12 - 8th grade (middle school), and I wanted to go! I also spent a lot of time away at camp. Home life wasn't too happy for me. So going to college was just a trade up from boarding school!

I lived on my own for years, and all over the world, only to wind up back home at the age of 31 to help take care of my grandfather (now my grandmother as my grandfather passed away 4 years ago). Funny thing how this all happens - I resented it like hell when I first came back, the loss of freedom, privacy, and not having to answer to anyone. Now I wouldn't trade it for the world. I didn't resent my grandfather - I just didn't care for my grandmother tracking my every movement, even inside the house! She still does that... *grr*

So I never had a moment at FF when I wasn't worried about work and personal/family responsibilities, and spending too much time on the computer.

But I do understand what you all are going through. Things were different in my day, but I strongly remember when I turned 20 I had this major crisis because I was no longer a teen and I realized people would start to hold me accountable for my actions! It took me months to get over it!

It's not uncommon these days for people in their twenties to still be living with parents, so don't feel bad - it's so darned expensive to live on your own that a lot of people need to save before moving out, especially if they're still in school.

When the time is right it'll happen, and you'll gain so much you won't feel those grown pain twinges. ;)
