bmw rockster 2004, i'm negotiating to buy this bike, hard to appraise

because it only has 300 miles,? MSRP on the bike was 12,900, NADA is 6,500, the bike is being offered at 9,000, do you think that anybody will bid 9,000, i would be inclined to offer 8,250, i apologize, very hypothetical, I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW WHAT A DEALER WOULD OFFER FOR THE BIKE, and then split the difference, thanks for any ideas
