bmw f650cs, is this bike capable of cross country trip, say 200/250 miles a day?

That bike is perfectly capable of running more than that a day. The question you should be asking is are you up to that?
 
Of course. Some guy road across three states on a riding mower, they made a movie about it. I'm sure someone has went around the world on a moped and people ride long distances on a bicycle all the time. I toured around on a 650 Triumph, no problem at all. With this bike you could do it on dirt trials or on the freeway with just a tire change.
