BMI of 15.7, need to put on weight healthy, help please.?

I am 19, female, living in UK
I weigh 6 stone, (38.4kg) and 157cm tall, (62 inches)

I need to put on weight, but can only convince myself to do this some of the time, the rest of the time I spend trying to work off what I eat. If I eat chocolate or anything with calories in, I know I need to, but them change my mind and try and work it off.

How can I put weight on, just half a stone, that is all i want to put on when I am thinking normally, and I don't know if I can put that on.

Healthy food that won't make me blow up like a balloon, which I do if i eat food, or any help will be greatly appreciated.
