Bluetooth wont work on my Blackberry Curve 8520?

Yeah you might not like this answer but call blackberry tech support.... i called.... and after like 5 hours i got my problem resolved!

I've had my phone for like a month, and my bluetooth worked up until a few days ago. It wont send, or recieve files. Also, whenever someone rings me, I have to enable the handset, otherwise I can't hear them. This is also to do with the bluetooth. Has anyone had similar problems? Or can anyone help? Thank you.
