Bluetooth, wireless headset for computers?

I bought the adapter and headset to use it like a wireless headset. I had the impression that It would work just like that. I'd be able to hear my any sound I'd be able to hear through the speakers. Yet, I'm not hearing anything. I installed the drivers at least twice and did what the manuals are telling me. Is there something I'm missing? Tech support isn't answering.
 
you have to make sure you have set it as the default output device. I can't tell you how to do that because it differs per computer. Go to control panel and open sounds and see what you can do.
