Its really really new. I mean Fresh out the box new. It's a samsung WEP 170. I took it out the box and charged it and it didn't work. When I plug it up again it shows a blue light but if you look past the blue light it blinks red. When it says charge until red light turns blue. How do I get it to work. I still keep charging it hoping it will work.
