so i got my phone last november.its a slide up samsung J-700(in purple).its been fine up until now but heres the problem.so i wanted to send my friend a cool picture so i turned my bluetooth on and it said:already activated or somthing which aint right coz normally the little blue b in a blue box comes up on my home screen.and if you have the same fone as me youll know that there are two options when gonin in2 bluetooth
n or off and theres a little circle beside each one and if u pick on,a little dot goes into the little circle beside it right-well thats not happnin to mine!oh and the little dot stays in the circle beside the off button perminantly and if i press it my phone freezes and ive to turn it off!so basiclly it sez my bluetooth is on when its clearly not!plz hurry with answeres!!no sarcastic answers plz!!
