Bluetooth TROUBLE i think?? please HELP?

how can i transfer my phone contacts from my cell phone {Tmobile Gravity t-459} to my computer? My laptop has a bluetooth and so does my phone can i do it that way? if so HOW? i hav a COMPAQ laptop.

Any Answers are helpful i just need to back up my contacts.

Go to T-mobiles web site. They should be able to transfer it. I use Verizon and transfer pics from my phone to my Verizon site without having to hook anything up. I have also transferred all my data and
contacts from 1 phone to another without having to plug in anything, or use my bluetooth.
