I have an hp Touchsmart running Windows 7 (64 bit). I am trying to bluetooth with my phone. It was working at one time. Now when I try it says in a window 'unable to run the application' then another error will come up saying 'unable to start the bluetooth stack service'. I downloaded and installed the original driver from hp. I also have just installed Norton 360. Any help would be appreciated.
