Some useful tips when setting up your BlueTooth connections.
When you search for your phone ensure that the the phone is being seen as a phone and not an audio device. If its seeing the phone as the wrong type try taking the sim out of the phone and putting it in another phone, this sorted it out for me.
Also ensure that you have the up to date phone link drivers from palm which can be downloaded on their site.
I also managed to get a GPRS connection working so can browse the web using web pro which is really good. I found how to set this up off another post somewhere, I have included it below for you, I only had to change one part to get it working and that was the mobile.o2.co.uk to orangeinternet (I am on the Orange UK network). Hopefully this may help you set up a connection also:

Settings are for O2, but will work with any other with minor changes....
Once the phone is properly paired with the Palm Tungsten T3, proceed as follows:
1. Go to Prefs, Connection
2. Click New... to create a new Connection
3. Fill out the form as follows:
Name: V600 LAN
Connect to: Local Network
Via: Bluetooth
Device: (select your phone from the list of paired devices)
4. Click on Details, and verify the following settings:
Speed: 57,600 bps
Flow Ctl: Automatic
5. Click Ok, then Ok, then Done.
6. Go to Network
7. Click New, and fill out the configuration as follows:
Service: O2 GPRS
Username: username (- no, really! just the word password)
Password: password
Connection: (select V600 LAN from your connection list)
8. Click Details... and verify the following information:
Connection type: PPP
Idle timeout: 3 minutes
Query DNS: Checked
IP Address: Automatic
9. Click Script... and create your login script as follows:
Send: AT&FX1E0V1
Send CR:
Send CR:
Send: AT+CGDCONT=1,IP,mobile.o2.co.uk
Send CR:
Send: ATDT*99***1#
Send CR:
Wait For: CONNECT
End:
10. Click Ok, and then Ok again.
Click the Connect button, and you will be able to verify your GPRS connection.
If you did everything correctly and have your devices paired correctly, your Palm Tungsten T3 will be able to access the net using GPRS over Bluetooth!
If you have a different carrier, just change the
Send: AT+CGDCONT=1,IP,mobile.o2.co.uk TO
Send: AT+CGDCONT=1,IP,XXXXXXX - where XXXXX= your service provider
don't forget to change the username and password (get from provider)
