Bluetooth settings on Windows Vista Home Basic?

Hi

How do I go about uploading photos from a mobile phone onto my laptop?

I can get the laptop to detect the phone, but I can't find where to actually get files from the phone.

Shouldn't you be using windows interface to scan the phone? Nothing to do with the phone right?
