Bluetooth serial Port?

I purchased a O2 bluetooth dongle and I went through the detail of putting the disc that came with it onto my computer until a notice came up "Not compatible with windows XP stop now recommended" this I did and went into add and remove programmes and removed the programme. However, each time I start my computer a notice comes up on the task bar telling me of a "Bluetooth Serial Port" and then a drop down notice tells me to enter the disc. I have tried everything but cannot find out how to stop this happening as it comes up everytime I start the computer and take at lease 15 minutes to have the items removed. Can someone tell me how to have this Bluetooth serial port removed please
