rite so the bluethooth always used to work on this pc but a few months ago i tried to send a file to my fone and it wouldnt work.. since then i have tried with various different fones but an error msg just comes up.. it finds the fone but then it says ftp connection failed... what can i do??.. bare in mind i am not a wiz at computors but i know enough to know this is not my stupidity.. would appreciate some help . thanks
sorry i forgot to add. the computor had a serious virus so was sent away to be sorted out.. could they have uninstalled the bluetooth.. even though it manages to find the name of the fone?
