Hey, I have a question.
A few minutes ago, I opened my laptop (a Toshiba Satellite A300 with Windows Vista) and two things happened: the bluetooth was on (even though I always have it off) and the laptop couldn't detect any wireless networks (even though I had the internet on before I closed the laptop lid).
I turned the bluetooth radio off (took me a while because the computer was slow) and, following the suggestion provided by the "Windows diagnosis", turned the little wireless switch off and then on, and then everything was working as it should be.
Now, why did this happen? Was it a virus or something?
Thank you.
Kay
I have Kaspersky Internet Security and it didn't detect any malware or anything...
