I have an LG VX8300 cell phone and a Mororola H500 Bluetooth headset. How do I get them to communicate?

I have tried turning my Earpiece on and putting my phone in discover mode and vice versa.

Can anyone help me?

1. On your phone, press OK to open the menu.
2. Scroll to the right twice to get to Settings & Tools
3. Scroll down to Bluetooth and press OK.
4. If Bluetooth is off, press the left softkey to turn Bluetooth on
5. On your headset, press the Call button for 6-10 seconds to put the headset in pairing mode.
6. On your phone, press OK to press Add New Device
7. Your headset should come up in the list.
8. Select your headset from the list and press OK.
9. When prompted for a passkey, enter four zeros (0000) and press OK.
10. The next question is up to you. Either select Always Ask or Always Connect according to your preference.

Your phone should now be paired with your headset.

Still not working. It doesn't come up in the list on my phone. One or the other is not pairing.[
