I have a bluetooth mouse for my dell studio 15 bought this december, and the mouse just stopped working. I have tried all of the obvious options such as restarting my computer, changing the batteries, and restarting the BTTray.exe process in task manager. The problem is that when i try and open the program Bluetooth to sync my mouse because for some reason it unsynced its self, the program just won't open. Please do you guys have any suggestions? thanks!
