bluetooth not working in audi car anyone know what is wrong?

My Audi tt is 2 years old and the bluetooth worked for about a year or more and now it will not let me connect my phone at all, it just keeps saying insert phone, i have no money to bring it to an audi dealer, anyone out there know what is wrong or how to fix it. it is not the phone but the car
i would appreciate any help at all
