I have a Bluetooth mouse and the scroll wheel and the two arrow buttons on the side of it won't work. The mouse works fine, it's just those extra buttons that won't do anything. I recently had a new hard drive put in my laptop so I had to have Windows reinstalled and I think the guy that reinstalled it put a slightly different version on it. I installed the software that came with my computer (it was called SetPoint or something like that so I'm not sure that it was really what I want for this?) but I think there's some kind of Bluetooth software that came on my computer when I got it that I didn't have a CD for. I've tried searching for Bluetooth and the folders are there but they're empty... So if anyone has any idea how to fix this that would be awesome! Thanks so much!
