I have a generic bluetooth dongle, using the software BlueSoleil on my windows 7 laptop. I purchased a bluetooth mouse, with no brand name on it. I have the mouse connected properly to the dongle, it says it is sending and receiving information, but the arrow doesnt move on the screen or the clicks on the mouse do not do anything. Is there another free bluetooth software I can try? there is no brand name on the dongle neither? thanks.
