I have a Motorola S9-HD headset and a Sony Vaio VGN-TXN25N running Vista Business. I paired my headset with my computer and I can hear sound through the headset fine, and my laptop recognizes the microphone built in, but it doesn't hear the sound going through the microphone.
What's wrong and how do I fix this? I contacted Sony about it, but I don't think they knew what was really wrong with it, because they kept giving me instructions on how to connect the mic to the computer, but it's already connected. It shows up under "Playback Devices" and the "Recording" tab when you right click the volume button in the Notification Area.
