Bluetooth LG Chocolate Touch?

okay....my phone is new and i am able to go into other people's phones and take ring tones and vice versa but when i go to my sounds or my ringtones and hit send it only does it through picture messaging...i have bluetooth and i can receive music i just cannot send it....does anyone know how i can bluetooth to a phone willingly.....
