Let me first say I know nothing about bluetooth..just what I've read on wikipedia.
I have a smartphone which apparently has bluetooth, whatever that means in terms of what it needs to do.
I also have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, which totally confuses me in terms of whether it DOES or DOESN'T have bluetooth (even the OS is a pain -Windows NT).
When I search for bluetooth on the laptop it brings up a Bluetooth settings icon, I click to open and it seems to install something..but then I get a message "Please plug in bluetooth device and click ok." So nothing happens.
Am I missing hardware, software, what???
I have my phone's bluetooth on, unhidden etc..so what could be the problem on the phone's side?
