Bluetooth isn't working on Windows XP computer?

I've gone to control panel, system, device manager... Now I know from there I'm meant to find Generic Bluetooth Radio, but it isn't there... There's Bluetooth Devices, Bluetooth bus emulator and Broadcam 2046 Bluetooth 2.1 etc...
So what do I do?
