According to Apple, the bluetooth option should only work with stereo bluetooth devices. I already tried with my motorola bluetooth with the new 3.0 os, it didn't work. It would be nice if we can use a bluetooth headset and use it as a way to make phone calls using skype over wifi.
Perhaps in the future we will see some kind of hack.
