Bluetooth Help!!....Urgent!!!!?

I don't know what's wrong with my bluetooth connection. It is usually great but tonight it's not working at all. My phone can't connect to the pc (they both have bluetooth) and my phone's bluetooth is turned on as well as the pc's. I tried sending a file to my phone but it won't work? Does anyone know what's happening. They just won't connect.
