BLUETOOTH HELP! someone help me?! i cant pair my phone and computer?

I have a kyocera its cricket and its black thats all i know.. my computer is an hp and it says i need a passcode to pair on my phone.. i have no idea what its talking about

to pair the phone you need the passcode to acces youre computer, if it is new the code is 0000 if not ask the last owner.
