Bluetooth Help! "No local Bluetooth device was detected"?

I have a bluetooth usb card. I used the same one at work and it worked fine but now my computer is saying "No local Bluetooth device was detected" when I go to add a new bluetooth device. I looked in the device manager and it shows my bluetooth as working properly. Bluetooth is a Broadcom 2040 Bluetooth 2.1 USB UHD dongle
