Bluetooth headset with good battery life for PS3 and small ear canals?

I got a headset the other day and the battery life sucked, the audio quality was a joke and the regular (I think) sized ear bud was too large for my ear. It was horribly uncomfortable as well. I would like a relatively cheap headset (no more than £20 tops) with good audio quality (hearing other players and when I use the mic), comfortable and has a decent battery life as well as it working with the PS3. I was hoping if anybody knew anything of the kind and that whether or not it would fit smaller ear canals? I was looking into the official Sony one but I'm worried it'd be too big to fit comfortably and snug in my ear without falling out. As with many online purchases the option of returning the product is next to non-existent; even more so if the product has been opened/used.

Appreciate any answers given. I'd like a battery life of at least 5 hours. Hearing quality must be great, mic quality must be good and comfort is a must. My last headset meant I couldn't actually make out what ANYBODY was saying thus rendering the thing completely useless. Rechargeability via USB is a MUST also. Any other recommendations will be ignored.

Thanks folks.
OMG. I am English. Do you know what a POUND sign is? £££££

A official Sony one here cost £17.85. Not 50 dollas. Geez mate, please read the question properly before trying to answer.
