bluetooth headset isnt being recognized by my laptop?

its bluetooth enabled, i jus bought the bluetooth adapter, and the headset works cause i use it on my ps3, so whats wrong, im confused, its a tosiba l505d-s5983 windows 7, the headset is a jabra bt2010, do i need to install some drivers or something, the bluetooth is working fine according to windows, but windows isnt picking up my headset
