Bluetooth head piece and itouch 2nd generation?

I have an itouch 2nd generation (not the phone). I was wondering if it will work with a Bluetooth head piece, the type used for cell phones that fits over one ear. I intend to use it for listening to podcasts
I have version 3.1.3 installed on my itouch, which has Bluetooth.
