Bluetooth Function On Acer Aspire 5738Z?

hi i have an acer aspire 5738Z laptop and it has bluetooth function on it but nobluetooth. I downloaded the drivers from the scer website and tryed to install it but it says it annot find any blue tooth devices please make sure your device is plugged in can any one help me with this please? thanks
