bluetooth for cell music player listening?

I would recommend the Motorola S9 or the Plantronic Pulsar 260 depending on what style he would want. You can read editor and user reviews at www.cnet.com

Bluetooth is mostly universal but there are different profiles that each device needs to have to make cartain features work(i.e. stereo sound).
 
my son bought a samsung rouge. he wants a bluetooth that he can use not only for conversation but to play his mp3's from his phone. we have verizonwireless and i couldn't find any info on there. any websites or such appreciated. also, does the bluetooth that you use with laptop/netbook have to be a special type? thanks
