Bluetooth driver ivt 2.6.09 is not compatible with window 7 what to do to make

hardware work? Last week I update to window 7 ultimate from xp sp3. Before I was using a Bluetooth device on my desktop pc for connecting my mobile with pc. Along the Bluetooth device I got a Driver cd for it having version ivt2.6.0.9 but version is not compatible with window 7. So I download new version for this device i.e. ivt bluesoleil 6.4.261.0 this driver package need key to activate it from where I get this. I found no option to get it anywhere plz help
