Bluetooth devices not found?

My acer laptops bluetooth was working properly before.but now wen i press bt button ,though it shows bt enabled,i cant find bt devices in control panel.so m not able to use bluetooth.

Plz suggest wat is to be done.Is it a h/w or s/w prob??
Other bluetooth devices doesnt detect my bluetooth[even though its enabled] wen they search for bluetooth devices.
