I got a bluetooth plug-in-play usb adapter and i was using it on my windows vista hp laptop. I was working fine for a few months, but then it started saying "USB Device Not Recognized." I did do I driver update because a message kept bugging me to update the bluetooth device. Could that have been it? Since it didn't work on that computer, I switched it over to my windows xp Hp desktop and same problem. What is the problem and how can I fix it???!!
