Has anyone been able to pair the T/X with any other phone except what is compatable. Currently have LG 8300. It finds the T/X. T/x does not find it. Any way to work around this.

If the phone is set as discoverable/visible, the TX should see it OK, no matter what model the phone is.

If the phone's not on the compatibility list, setting it up as a similar model (or as generic) will sometimes work. I seem to recall not being able to get it to work at all with an LG, though - sorry!!

I have paired my TX with my Motorola i605(Nextel) but only for transferring calender items to the i605's calender, which works perfectly. When I upgrade to a newer phone I would probably see if I could possibly use the phone as a modem for the TX, but the phone doesn't have that service with Nextel.
