Bluetooth connection between phone and laptop?

I just bought a new phone (Nokia 5530), and tried to connect it with my laptop. The laptop does detect the device, but can't make a connection with it for some reason.
My new phone can send files to my old phone over bluetooth. The laptop is able to connect to my old phone.

Can anyone help me with this?
 
Try searching for the computer on the phone, then try pairing the devices. If that doesn't work, try searching for the phone on the computer, and pair the devices.
If this doesn't work, try searching on both at the same time, and ensure that bluetooth visibility is enabled and that devices can pair in Bluetooth Settings on the laptop. I know that you have a previous connection, but maybe settings have changed?
Just suggestions, I don't know the definate answer, sorry.
