Bluetooth audio

Does anyone know if the audio from the T3 could be sent over the bluetooth connection? Or would the bluetooth usage rapidly deplete the battery? I'm interested in using the bluetooth headset I have for my phone as a way to listen to audio books on the T3.

But I don't think it's been planned for. Probably the batteries would die from all that BT usage.

I have the same wants for BT audio, but more along the lines of using it with my TiBook for VOIP or talk-to-text programs. But BT audio books are hep, too.

Maybe someday.

I'd say that your battery life would be lousy and then the other issue is the sound quality. BT isn't configured for stereo on the Palm even if it was audible enabled - I think.

There are BT enabled stereo headsets starting to show up on some sites but I doubt that Palm will "register" them for use on the T3 because of the power requirements.....

If you really really want this, it may be worth a mention in the MMPlayer forums. www.mmplayer.com
If it was gonna work, the communication would need implementing in a program. The MMPlayer developers should know if it's possible, and there the best guys to get on the case if it is possible. I know David (one of the developers) has been doing a lot of work on a VOIP program for Palm OS (M Phone), so he must have expertise in those areas.
