I was reading in a discussion about teathering a Centro to a TX via Bluetooth. This one person wanted to use the TX WIFI and then attach his CENTRO to allow browsing via faster (or maybe just via available) WIFI.
Someone mentioned that simultaneous WIFI and BLUETOOTH on the TX for network connections is just not possible.
*** But then a few messages down, someone mentions that you in fact CAN attach an audio Bluetooth device (like headphones) via the PAIRING functions of Bluetooth, and at the same time still use WIFI. It works.
Effectively on my TX I would be able to listen to STREAMING INTERNET RADIO that is coming through via the WIFI, and then link the audio to my Bluetooth (BT) headphones. So supposedly - YES it works (I have not tried it).
I also read in another discussion that either the SOFTICK bluetooth application (required for BT audio to work on the PalmOS), or the POCKET TUNES application will prevent DRM music from playing over the BT audio stream. I am wondering if that will affect STREAMING INTERNET RADIO. Any ideas if this would work? Has anyone tried it?
