Bluetooth 2.0 Dongle?

I have a bluetooth dongle, but I don't know if it is a bluetooth 2.0 dongle. When I plug it in, my computer recognizes it as "ISSCBTA". It is Clear Blue, and is about an inch long. Does anybody know if it is 2.0?
