blue smoke 7.3 1999 ford?

First water in fuel light replaced filter and lot of 911 same. Blue smoke started on high rpm and pedal down turbo kicks in more blue. Wont start when cold need to plug in. Rough idle. Water seems to be out of fuel. Changed oil still same?? Any help
 
well id guess you need to have a look at your injecters ...ur not burning fuel ! check ur engine temp is it where it should be ?

check ur solenoids with a multi meter you could have a failing injecter clean your system out also
