Hi everyone! I've got a problem with an A62 type. The owner droped it and then tried to take the screws out and it bended or interrupted a small chip's pins (perhaps). However, the mobile, ever since, has a blue screen, and nothing else appears on it. My request would be if some of you have a repair manual or some ideeas reguarding this type of problem. Thanx in advance!
Cheers!

Ok. Thanx 4 ur answers. Here's what I did so far: I found the electronic diagram from an A65. I sopposed it's almost.. if not.. the same phone. Ok. I took CPU off. Noticed pin U17 pad was broken off. That was the CLK for the LCD. I imagined this is why the LCD got blue in the first place. Thing is I've tried to reball and put it back with a wire for that pin, quite simple trick, cause the pin was situated on one corner of the CPU. Did it well, but phone don't start. Changed CPU 4 a new one. Still same problem. Any of you guys ... any help?
Cheers!

Have you flash the phone?
Blue screen (and anytime buzzzz) is a classic software problem of siemens cell.

Excuseme for my english....

Phone is totally dead. I have another one. Same problem, now both are dead. Aren't communicating. Under the CPU same problem, same pads broken. It seems like a tipical problem. The cells are made in China. I think that the boards are messy. After I reflowed E2prom, second phone died totally. Anyone knows some good advice? thanx!
