I also have a Honda Civic. I have the Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs in it. They're white, and from far, they somewhat have a bluish tint to them, but I want bluer lights. I want them like a medium blue, not to dark, and not to light. Just blue enough to be able to tell its blue from far. I also don't want and HID kit or bulbs. Can you suggest a good name brand bulb?
